Article Four (amended): Article Four: Secure government members a certain wage using the Taco monetary system based on appropriate time scales of work. E.g- Immigration members would get paid for the number of half hour units in a week, with bonuses depending on success. Members of the Dept. Labour will get paid per day or week etc. Also extending to but not limited to Senators, founder, heads of department, delegate could all get a higher band of wage. Every nation employed by 10000 Islands should have the ability to move up a wage bracket (and earn more, just like a pay rise). This would be in close accordance with the regional administration team and regional reserve chairman, in order to ensure accurate records of work and keep wages a fair number of percentage points above inflation rates. Whilst it is accepted that TITO members are integral and valient, the extension of a wage to these nations is not seen as appropriate, as it is a service of justice to other regions, and to offer a wage would offend the altruism of existing members.
Article Nine (addition): Give the Regional Reserve Chairman (RRC) the moderation ability to make physical funds transferal for wages, and certain pre-ordained funds transferals. The purpose being to increase involvement, economic efficiency, and eleviate some of the pressure on Grub.
This Article comes hand in hand in the assumption and expectation that rigourous scrutiny would be invoked by the Co9 at all times on the performance of the RRC in this respect, so as only positive rather than negative connotations are arguable.
